Small update requested by users, adding more juice to the game:

Getting hurt? Feel that!

- invincibility bubble visible on hurt

- increased timestop, camera shake on dmg

- camera flash hurt

- pain sound

Improved the movement to increase the game pace:

- jetpack regenerates faster on the ground

- jetpack is 20% stronger now (!)
